It's January and the students in Room 5 are determined to make a difference. A letter to our planet starts a year of correspondence where the pupils are challenged to become "Earth Heroes". As the class takes action to make their school more sustainable, they soon realize that small changes can have an important impact. This creative book combines playful rhymes and vivid illustrations to teach young readers that they can also become "Earth Heroes" by reducing, recycling and reusing to protect our environment.
