From her personal journey with flooding after Hurricane Katrina and her travels to meet with other groups affected by climate change, Battle discusses the injustices that often accompany the recovery and the rebuild after a severe climate change event. She suggests a re-thinking of our social systems in order to advance human rights for all in the face of future disasters.
