Making the Change

Female Climate Fighters

Secondary

Description

This video effectively reveals that there is a human cost to climate change as well as an environmental one.  Through the experiences of four women, the devasting effects of global warming on peoples' lives are made clear.

Particularly relevent to the 2015 'climate talks' taking place in Paris, this compelling video emphasizes the role of the individual and the need for cooperation in the fight against climate change.

A package of classroom materials to support the use of this video in the classroom is also available.

General Assessment
