Description
This animation demonstrates some of the problems that can arise when a species is accidentally or intentionally transported from one area to another. In the short video we meet Frank who is from a big city, eats everything and has a huge family. Oliver, who lives on a small island, eats only a rare orchid and raises a small family. When Frank arrives on Oliver's island the trouble begins!

Recommendation of how and where to use it
This video would serve as a good introduction to the concept of "invasive species" especially for younger students. The class could watch the video and then brainstorm different ways in which species are transported from one habitat to another. Afterwards they could conduct research to test their hypothesis.
