General Assessment

Strengths

This resource would be excellent to spark a discussion on the impacts of climate change in Canada and around the world. An excellent activity to introduce students to the IPCC’s assessment report and Canada’s Changing Climate Report which summarize the impacts of temperature increase beyond 1.5°C above pre-industrial times.

Recommendation of how and where to use it

This resource would be excellent introduction activity to spark a discussion about the impacts of climate change in Canada and around the world. A great opportunity for students to discover the different perspectives of how we and others deal with climate change.
