Electrify Your Ride

Secondary

Description

This do-it-yourself resource allows students and teachers to explore the world of electric vehicles. The students complete activities that invite them to think about the modes of transport they use and see around them every day and their impact on the environment. They will participate in online and in-class activities and engage in meaningful discussions. The activities focus on exploring the most common misconceptions about electric vehicles and lead to a better understanding of the role of these modes of transportation.

General Assessment

Recommendation of how and where to use it

This teacher-led session would be excellent to accompany a lesson on sustainable and electrified transportation. Students leave the program with a new knowledge of electric vehicles and how the electrification of our transportation systems can play an important role in the future.
