Magic School Bus- In The Rainforest

Elementary, Middle

Description

This video based on the Magic School Bus series of children’s books about science sees an eccentric teacher (Ms. Frizzle) take her class on an exciting educational field trip. With the help of a magic school bus the class explores and learns many amazing things about biodiversity, interdependence, and stewardship for our planet.

In this “Earth Day”-themed episode, Ms. Frizzle and the Magic School Bus take the class to the rainforest to solve the problem why a cocoa tree is having trouble producing beans. This adventure leads to discussions concerning food webs, interdependence, biodiversity, habitat protection and the importance of caring for our planet.
