Description
Climate Kids is an interactive website that encourages students to take action on climate change. Through a series of informative games, activities and quizzes students become informed about climate change issues which empowers them to take action. The website encourages students to discuss this important issue with their friends and family and provides tips on how they can take action in their daily lives, at home, at school, and in their communities.
Activites include:
- Climate Science – Quiz - How much do you know about Climate Change?
- My Climate Actions – Students discover what climate actions they can take based on their habits.
- My Energy Superhero – Students create a renewable energy superhero.
- Plastics and Oceans – Students learn about plastics in our waters and the marine animals that live in them.
- Climate Impact in Canada – Students explore climate across Canada
Includes activities to learn more about climate change and how students can get involved and be part of the solution.
