Description

This set of activity cards provides an effective and engaging tool to help connect our youngest learners to the natural world.  Each activity allows students to experience a different aspect of nature unfolding in their immediate surroundings.   The implementation instructions, materials required and time-frame  for completion make these lessons especially easy for teachers and parents to facilitate and students to successfully complete.  While the learning focus/context is nature, attention is paid to building skills and understanding in ELA, visual arts and mathematics.  The resource also offers several entertaining games to support the activity cards.   NOTE: New cards are added on a regular basis.
